The San Antonio and Austin area is home to a ton of Hill Country Wedding Venues with Beautiful Views, so let me narrow down some of my personal favorites: 

1. Mae’s Ridge

This venue has some of the most perfect panoramic views. There is a getting ready space, Locations for a ceremony with a view, covered with a view, and a reception hall with large windows to look outside. Mae’s Ridge also has fun tiles throughout the spaces which I am a TOTAL sucker for!

2. Camp Lucy – Ian’s Chapel

Camp Lucy is beautiful no matter where you look. The great lawn and stone arch provides a beautiful ceremony location with a view, but seeing the 19th century French colonial chapel might make you really ponder what backdrop you love more.

3. Cactus Moon 

This venue encompases a little bit of everything that makes the hill country wedding venues so great: the views, cactus, stars at night, spanish style courtyards to name a few. This is a stunning backdrop that screams Texas. 

4. Lakeway Resort

Lakeway Resort features ballrooms with vaulted ceilings and Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Lake Travis and the surrounding areas. In addition to the lake front views, you’re able to see the view of the hills that make “the Texas Hill Country” know for its’ name.

5. The Greenhouse at Driftwood 

This venue features native plants, century-old Oaks, a stunning 2 story greenhouse and natural open spaces. The Greenhouse has an attention to conservation and sustainability. While the initial view isn’t what you would expect for this hill country wedding venue list, the cactus variety in the green house with the soft hills you can see in the open spaces makes it worth the list!
