If you’ve made it here, you’re about to start your senior year and you want an unforgettable senior photo experience! This is it, you are finishing out your final year of high school, and big things are coming your way! Let’s capture it all!

Before I get into the details, I want to talk about what my Spokesmodel team is to me and how this works on a more personal level. My Spokesmodel team creates an environment where I truly get to see personalities shine. I learn how seniors interact in front of the camera, their interests, their humor, passions, etc. I want to interact with my models more that just a job. I like to hear about accomplishments and truly encourage their interests. For example, this last year I did a giveaway with one of my seniors to help promote her floral business. I want and expect my models to put in the same effort that I do. Teamwork makes the dream work! I’ve built this program in a way that allows you to get as much as you put into it. “Having fun” has turned into a cliché, but that’s want I want out of our senior sessions together. Giggles that turns into laughs!

SPOKESMODEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a High School Senior for the 2021-2022 school year
- Pay the Spokesmodel fee of $300+tax
- Live in the Bryan/College Station area
- Use Pictures with Ariel as the sole photographer for the duration of their senior year, using no other professional photographer for the extend of their senior year, unless given consent by Ariel in writing prior to the session
- Actively engage with @pictureswithariel on social media as well as promote and post about your senior experience
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Attend the June 12th Team Meet and Greet Photo Session
- Post Spokesmodel sessions on social media
- Share Behind the Scenes of Sessions on social media
- Share about your experience as a PWA Spokesmodel
- Represent Pictures with Ariel throughout the course of your Senior Year

- Quarterly themed Spokesmodel Session (These sessions might be a poolside shoot, sunflower field, a collaboration with other small businesses, etc. The specific theme is not set until the quarter of simply to plan for what trends are happing and what the models want to be a part of!)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1.) WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
All 2021-2022 Seniors (so Juniors at the time of submitting this application) in the Bryan/College Station area are welcome to apply! I am looking for students that are bubbly, energetic, outgoing, and ultimately eager and excited to do something a little extra with their senior year!
2.) WHAT COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS ARE IN PLACES FOR SPOKESMODEL SHOOTS?
I take COVID-19 restrictions very seriously. I will be having group spokesmodel sessions that either focus on one senior at a time or distanced group photos. My sessions will take place primarily outside with the ability to social distance. If a senior is not actively having their photo taken I will require masks to be worn. I want to respect everyone’s health and the best way to do so is to avoid situations where the safety might be questioned. I am constantly thinking of ways to create a fun environment while also keeping safety in mind!
3.) WILL YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE SENIOR PER SCHOOL?
Yes! I don’t have any intentions of limiting the number of seniors from each school district. So tell you friend to apply with you!!!
4.) WHAT DOES THE SPOKESMODEL FEE COVER?
There is Spokesmodel fee of $300+tax. This is the cost of your senior session. Being apart of the Spokes model team means you’re apart of exclusive seasonal shoots ONLY offered to the team for no extra cost. If I were to add up all the shoots my models get to be a part of it would be around $1,200. This doesn’t include the deals my seniors get on their prints and products or any additional shoots we might put on!
5.) HOW WILL I KNOW IF I’M ON THE TEAM?
The spokesmodels will be notified by May 1st if they have been chosen for the team.
6.) WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SPOKESMODEL?
My Senior Spokesmodel’s biggest responsibility is to refer friends and family to Pictures with Ariel for their senior portraits. Sharing on social media and participating in group shoots are just a few ways to bring those referrals in!
7.) WHAT DO I RECEIVE AS A SPOKESMODEL?
Spokesmodels receive cash back for referrals, quarterly styled senior sessions, early access for their senior session, discounted prints and products, and an unique experience that highlights their personality over their senior year.
8.) DO MY PARENTS NEED TO BE INVOLVED?
Your parents will need to be apart of the process getting started. They need to approve and give permission for you to be apart of my team. I understand that different relationships yields different levels of involvement with parents. Parents can be completely involved and attend the photo shoots or give permission for you to come without them. Basically parents must approve and allow you to be apart of my team then their level of involvement is up to them! Please share this FAQ with them, and they are welcome to email me with questions.
9.) DO I RECEIVE DIGITAL IMAGES TO SHARE ON SOCIAL?
Yes! All seniors will receive a gallery to download images and share on social media. I encourage sharing your favorite parts about your experience! At the end of the year I will put all the images together for your to decide what are your favorite that you may want to print or put into your Senior Album!
10.) IS THERE A LARGE TIME COMMITMENT?
I know how busy you are as a senior. I want this experience to be fun and exciting so I have structured it in a way to put the least about of stress on you… the only shoot that is REQUIRED is the Team Meet & Greet Shoot hosted June 12th. After that, the quarterly senior sessions will be planed in a way that allows available seniors that want to participate to do so! The more you put into your involvement the more you will get out of this experience.
11.) WHEN DOES THE APPLICATION CLOSE?
